Fit Analytics — the world’s leading size advisor solution for online clothes shopping — is looking for a proactive Senior Sales Development Representative to identify and engage prospective clients and future business partners. Your ability to research targets and quickly achieve an in-depth understanding of their business model and practices is matched only by your excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to written communication. Ideally, you aspire to quickly grow into a leadership position and set best practice standards for our rapidly expanding SDR team.

What The Role Involves

  • Main objective: driving leads into the sales funnel

  • Develop a strategic account plan and define target lists of key accounts

  • Kick-start the beginning of the sales process by emailing and calling prospective clients

  • Develop creative tactics, campaigns, and strategies to qualify and engage prospects before transitioning them to the pipeline of Account Executives

  • Set CRM standards and ensure compliance

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to fine-tune the sales process



 

What We're Looking for in You

  • 3 years’ experience in B2B business development (cold-calling, sales pitches, prospect research)

  • Native-level English with strong skills in at least one other language

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • Outstanding writing abilities

  • Proven understanding of ecommerce and SaaS

  • Analytical, metrics-driven, and persistent

  • Professional acumen to carry a conversation with C- and VP-level executives at the largest fashion and clothing retailers in the world
