Clinical Services Manager

FTS (First To Serve) | Westlake/MacArthur Park Area | Full Time

Job Description

First To Serve, Inc. provides state certified and licensed substance abuse and supportive housing facilities located throughout the city of Los Angeles. First To Serve also provides Domestic Violence Housing for single women and women with children, and participates annually in the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority supported Winter Shelter Program.

Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

Division/Department:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Clinical Services Manager.......

Additional responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Conduct a housing assessment with all FTS clients

  • Provide housing placement services and/or referral sources

  • Assist clients with rental application(s)

  • Present FTS program overview to targeted service providers and programs

  • Conduct open houses/tours and prepare advertisements

  • Attend targeted SPA and community meetings, health fairs, conferences and training (as assigned)

  • Partner with vocational, educational, benefit assistance, healthy living and family support services and programs

  • Develop and maintain site resources book

  • Act as a liaison between applicants and service agencies

  • Develop/enhance and administer Resident Satisfaction Survey

  • Monitor attendance, collect required data and maintain clients files and/or records (as directed by management)

  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in basic computer and telecommunication applications (e.g., email, text, Internet, Word, Excel, data entry)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with federal, state and local standards
