The technology platform can be deployed on any device and customized for Education, Media, Carrier, or Pay TV companies. Fingerprint is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, connected, results oriented Recruiter to help us scale our Product Development and Engineering team.

The right candidate will work closely with the management team in accomplishing the organizations goals in the full life cycle of the recruitment process. The candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to make sound judgment in a fast paced environment. He/She will have working knowledge of the recruitment process with the ability to help the company position itself for successful talent acquisition.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process 

  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates

  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit

  • Facilitate the interviewing and hiring decision-making process with interviewing teams and hiring managers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience working in a recruiting role (in-house or Agency) in the technology sector

  • Must have hands on experience recruiting technical roles from Software Engineers

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and interviewing teams

  • Exceptional eye for talent, sharp screening and interviewing skills

  • Strong tech industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant technical and non-technical skill

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong linkedin presence

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management

  • Technical recruiting background is a must
