About the Role
Figure Eight is looking for a driven, analytical Sales Operations Manager to help own our sales operations systems and build our voice of truth. You take pride in being a part of the team to develop, launch, and own our sales processes. You get excited about applying your analytical mind to a hands-on approach to sales. You build process with an enablement mindset. This isn't your first Sales Ops job, and you are excited to build more.

How you'll add value
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance
Demonstrate stewardship over the hygiene and confidence of our data
Remove friction from Sales and Success processes
Assist sales reps with entering agreements and contracts into Salesforce
Investigate and resolve issues related to the sales stack ecosystem
Collect metrics and key performance indicators for executive reporting
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have logical and analytical with strong attention to detail
Are a proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Are process oriented with an enablement mindset
Are experienced with Salesforce
Have at least 3-5 years of CRM system administration experience with Salesforce, including creating and maintaining standard SFDC admin tasks, including fields, objects, validation rules, workflows, profiles, permission sets, and roles.
Are a Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) strongly preferred
Have familiarity with Gainsight, Jira, and Domo preferred
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have demonstrated the ability to partner effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders.
Are a self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
