SUMMARY

Candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and tracking, administrative, data collection, brief preparation, project scheduling and other similar support for complex DoD programs.

The successful candidate will also perform special projects and non-routine tasks that require a tactful self-starter who is resourceful yet willing to ask questions when necessary.

Will interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management related field from a regionally accredited University.
  • 3.0 minimum GPA

EXPERIENCE

  • 0-3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis and tracking.
  • Experience shall include collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to Fathom 4 management and the Government.
  • Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Develop and recommend solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government and within Industry, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models using software.

SKILLS

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Project and Excel.
  • Highly professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to translate complex requirements and feedback into actionable development tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
  • Project management analysis skills with the ability function within a team, complete tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service ability, tact, and punctuality.

LOCATION

  • The work location is Charleston, SC, with 0-5% travel expected. On-site work is required.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED (but not required) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Office suite Certifications, particularly MS Project and Excel.
  • Prior Military experience
