Our ideal “Growth Hacker”:

  • Has at least 1-2 years experience doing acquisition marketing/growth hacking or a highly related activity (ie SEM, display advertising, affiliate marketing, etc.)
  • Can quick learn about a new market with enough depth to segment potential clients, while doing ongoing analysis to refine the segmentation
  • Is analytical and Data Driven: strong quantitative skills
  • Has a strong understanding of SEO, and how to use SEO to scale acquisition marketing as well as to lower acquisition costs
  • Expert with Google Analytics or other analytics programs
  • Knows how to scale a channel as well as when a channel can no longer scale profitably
  • Has previous experience planning and running ROI positive campaigns
  • Is entrepreneurial (i.e. before asking others a question, they've thought of two answers)
  • Knows how to prepare informative and actionable dashboards to track progress as well as share results with other team members
  • Self-starter with a benchmark mentality and proven track record for meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Takes ownership of all responsibilities from a position of leadership but uses great communication skills to collaborate with available staff and improve all efforts sans ego

Responsibilities:

  • Work with relevant team members to manage FanBridge’s prospective customer communication including creating educational materials, email campaigns, webcasts and in-person events
  • Seek out and create and manage new partnerships with other companies to find an appropriate audience match
  • Develop and implement strategies for both paid advertising and unpaid partnerships and media swaps to drive signups for FanBridge
  • Monitor and advise on cutting-edge third-party tools that amplify effort impacting efficiency and effectiveness and provide justification for implementation
  • Meticulously track everything
