FanBridge is a communications platform that helps influencers like Lady Gaga, John Legend, Linkin Park, and Dave Matthews band (and some 130,000 other clients) engage and build their fan base.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with 2-4 years of design agency / startup experience.
  • A high EQ score that will land you the Congeniality Award of the Year
  • Ability to engage and inspire those around you, get them to think "outside of the wireframe"
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are able to provide creative solutions and still make things look pretty.
  • You're autonomous by nature, meaning you love to take the ball and run with it.
  • You don't need a lot of supervision. You ask for help when you need it.

  • You're skilled at group brain storms and offering unique ideas to solve problems.
  • You have experience with mobile user interface design.
  • You have experience with user experience and information architecture.
  • You've developed your own style however can easily work within and enhance established company design standards and conventions.
  • You know HTML & CSS pretty well or are learning it.
  • You'd rather build a working prototype of the designs you create and test it vs. hope for the best.
  • You're equally balanced as far as right and left brain goes (creative / logic).
  • A true "maverick" when it comes to translating requirements, feature concepts, use cases and design challenges into site maps, user flows, user scenarios, wireframe schematics, prototypes and functional specification documents.
