What you'll do:
-Deliver above-and-beyond client service through email, phone, and social media in a timely manner
-Master our platform in order to provide knowledgeable support
-Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each client’s experience and brainstorm with your manager
-Assist our tech team with testing new features & logging technical requests
-Challenging other team members to ping pong matches
Who you are:
-Experienced and knowledgable of marketing tools musicians/comedians/YouTubers/influencers use
-Comforatble on the phone, managing calls, and starting conversations
-Articulate when describing technological concepts to a non-technical person with patience and clarity
-Independent worker who can accomplish assignments with minimal supervision
-Positive, positive, positive
-Able to see the big picture and prioritize many tasks
-Innovative in seeing opportunities for working efficiently
Experience with HTML is a plus
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
