The candidate:

Fairmont High School is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and dynamic Technology and EGD Educator to join our team in Term 1. The individual will be required to teach Technology for Grade 8 and 9, as well as EGD for Grades 10 - 12.

Requirements:

  • A teaching degree with specialisation in Technology and Engineering Graphics and Design
  • At least 3 year’s recent experience of teaching is required.
  • The ability to work in Google Classroom / Documents / Sheets / Slides is recommended.
  • Commitment to and embodiment of the School’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence
  • Active involvement in the school extra-mural programme, with high awareness of and commitment to holistic development of learners.
  • A demonstrated commitment to life-long learning and to personal professional development
