Netball Coaches - Part Time

Netball Coaches (Fixed Term Contract: Netball season 2024)

We are looking for appropriately qualified, dynamic, reliable coaches to be involved in the coaching of netball in a school environment for high school learners. The successful incumbents must be available for a minimum of 2 afternoon practices (Monday/Wednesday) and one match per week (Thursday/Saturday).

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Coaching, umpiring and fitness training of netball teams
• Contribute to all areas of coaching and umpiring to ensure a professional and consistent approach
• Administrative duties related to coaching and training
• Liaise closely with the head of netball to ensure effective communication and consistency is maintained

The following are requirements for this position:

• Experience playing and umpiring netball is strongly recommended
• Netball umpire grading is essential
• Must be highly organised and have a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills in English
• Your own, reliable transport is recommended
