The candidate:

Fairmont High School is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Business studies / EMS educator to start on 1 January 2026.

Requirements:

  • A BComm or other relevant qualification (Post graduate studies in a related field will be an advantage)
  • Qualified to teach EMS Grades 8-9 and Business Studies Grade 10-12
  • Experience teaching Business studies for Grades 10 - 12
  • Ability to use technology in the classroom
  • Willingness to be involved in the school extra-mural programme.

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of experience teaching Business Studies and EMS for Grades 10 - 12
  • NSC Marking experience.
