Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to be the voice and face of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about small business marketing, and enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and local businesses. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our presence at pop-up events, and strengthening our ties within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create email newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials
- Photograph or film content at events and in-store for ongoing marketing efforts
Event Participation:
- Represent the brand at all pop-up markets and community events
- Set up, manage, and break down event booths
- Engage with attendees and promote products/services on-site
- Community Outreach & Client Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and vendors
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering client loyalty and engagement
- Collaborate on partnerships, promotions, and cross-marketing opportunities
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and attending events, often on weekends or evenings
- Passionate about supporting small businesses and building community connections
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Knowledge of local event and business networks
Part Time with availability to move into Full Time if interested in working at Front Bar
