We are looking for a positive and dynamic individual to join our growing team in Downtown Birmingham as The Client + Community Relations Lead! This role is a great opportunity to explore salon or spa management with emphasis on community engagement and social media management. Ideal candidates are passionate about skincare, enjoy working in teams and are excited and adaptable to growth and development. This role has potential to develop into a management position depending on experience and expertise.
Required: Management / Leadership Experience
Preferred: Esthetician or Cosmetology License, Social Media Proficiency
The Client + Community Relations Lead is responsible for meeting FACE FOUNDRIÉ expectations of assisting with store operations, client experience and community engagement / events. The Client Experience Lead reports to the franchise owner and the General Manager, and they serve as the primary contact for all salon personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
Demonstrates high standards for customer service, employee development and company culture.
Primarily will work in-store and have exceptional customer service experience and relate well to clientele.
Marketing & Events
Assists with local marketing efforts and partnerships
Helps to organize events, pop-ups, etc.
Responsible for store social media channel
Operational Support
Responsible for helping stores reach financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue, retention/turnover, etc.
Responsible for the store's inventory which includes inventory management, ordering and receiving products, new product research, etc.
Training & Development
Identifies opportunities for professional development and assists with coaching for team members, for example, sales goals, rebooking clients, etc.
Assists in managing all store personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge and skills development, loss prevention, performance management, safety, recognition, and legal compliance.
Leads training Front Bar candidates on store operations and client experience
Assists with training Esthetician candidates on client experience, sales techniques, and growing their productivity
Ensures all training and continued education is completed.
Works with the Esthetics Manager in conducting monthly and annual reviews for each employee.
Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.
