Director of Corporate Partnerships (Client Services)

Our client services team engages with HR and business leaders at over 100 of the world’s great companies, providing them with the strategic guidance and support they need to to effectively leverage ExecOnline’s programs to achieve corporate objectives. Our client services team member’s ensure service delivery to existing clients and conduct both renewal and new business sales interactions with senior-level executives.

Performance will be measured on your ability to establish and grow sales with existing clients by expanding current use cases and introducing new ones through new and existing buyers with the client company.
Desired Skills & Experience:
10-plus years experience of selling / renewing B2B IT, marketing or professional services to business leaders with proven multi-year quota production. Consultative and conceptual selling skills required in an enterprise sales cycle environment. Those who have worked in a creative growth organization in e-learning, software, or online higher education bring an additional strength we desire.
- MBA and direct-report management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen, can articulate the value of our services to key client stakeholders
- Customer orientation: skilled at establishing & maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
- Intellectually curious; a massive fast learner
- Flexible, agile, demonstrated initiative and independence
- Travel is expected (roughly 20%)
