Associate Director, Client Success

Job Description


ExecOnline is looking for a talented and driven individual to join the fast-growing team as the Associate Director of Client Success. We partner with top business schools to provide outstanding professional development courses for executives at Global 2000 companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, enterprising person to both be client-facing and also interact with virtually every team at ExecOnline, including senior executives.

Your role will be to manage the relationship with a number of our clients and ensure that their employees benefit from our courses. This is a high visibility role; you will be the face of ExecOnline to the senior leadership of our clients. You’ll also work closely with the Director of Client Success to assist in managing large accounts. You’ll bring your knack for developing relationships with others, as well as a drive to take care of details in the name of making the work of a team successful. You will do everything from hold check-ins with clients to review data reports; your days will be full, challenging, and yet rewarding. Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Be the owner and key point of contact for 15 client accounts
  • Maintain regular communication through phone, Webex and email
  • Support the Director of Client Success to prepare for meetings, ensure internal teams are aligned and on track, and learn through close mentorship
  • Support their clients from kick-off to their decision to expand services
  • Use discretion to escalate any client challenges or issues to the Director of Client Success and the senior team at ExecOnline
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that client executives have an outstanding experience
  • Assess enrollment and satisfaction data of executives via the internal reporting tool
  • Monitor for positive business opportunities and ensure the executive's going through the program are having an amazing experience


  • Experience in account management, sales, client services, or a related field (4-6 years of experience)
  • Skilled in professional communication from PowerPoint presentations to emails and phone calls
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends via spreadsheets; bonus for experience with Tableau
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional processes and large-scale programs
  • Strong interest in technology and innovative content delivery models; Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience in executive education and/ or executive coaching a plus
