About the Position

As Marketing Manager, you will report directly into the Director of Marketing but will also work closely across several teams (including Editorial, Product and Sales to name a few). You’ll be an integral part of the Marketing team on the day-to-day coordination and execution of our cross-vertical marketing strategies across several marketing channels. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with tight deadline and in a fast-paced environment. Additionally you should have excellent marketing sensibilities and be exceptionally organized.

 

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand all business verticals and customer needs

  • Analyze and leverage marketing trends across all channels

  • Continue to optimize and manage SEM

  • Create, launch and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Monitor and track all marketing activities

  • Maintain a marketing initiatives calendar

  • Create, execute, manage and maintain our webinar strategy and ongoing programs

  • Collaborate with Editorial team in all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms, including the exponential growth of our social media presence

  • Create and orchestrate event marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic partnership activities and implement identified opportunities.

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to create and execute strategies for retention and engagement for all end users

  • Manage agency relationships as needed

  • Special projects as needed

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years marketing experience preferably working in technology, advertising, digital media, or related fields in both B2C and B2B marketing roles

  • Comfort with data sources such as revenue reports, Google Analytics, Social Media and Email Marketing CRMs

  • Innate understanding of what makes brands grow

  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to build consensus and earn respect across teams and personality types and a  talent for delivering effective feedback

  • Strong point of view on what great branded content looks like

  • A high tolerance for change, and ability to manage many tasks in a fast-paced, agile entrepreneurial environment

  • Endless curiosity while being able to quickly pick up and master new concepts

  • A genuine desire to help people
