Be comfortable working in a product development environment, building from scratch.
Build resilient, high-quality engineered systems.
Be curious, quick on your feet, and good in a team environment that values collaboration.
Make smart tradeoffs to drive feature velocity while reducing tech debt over time.
Experience:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or comparable experience
Solid understanding of backend technologies, development frameworks, server-side architecture, and containerization
Experience with typed functional programming, TypeScript, or both
Familiarity with common DevOps patterns (containerization, continuous integration & deployment, etc.)
Strong background and experience in using version control, participating in code reviews, and taking part in the release process
