Stockroom Receiving and Material Handler

ETM Electromatic is seeking someone to handle receiving and material handling for the stockroom in our Newark, CA office.  Salary range is $18-21 per hour.


  • Receive materials using Oracle ERP system
  • Complete RMA and RTV transactions and liaise with suppliers on RMA materials
  • Put away materials, which includes using a forklift
  • Analyze work order shortages, materials issue transactions and assist in inventory cycle counting and reconciling
  • Perform kitting, shortage fulfillment, window issues of parts from stockroom, work order closing and other duties as assigned by Stockroom Manager.

Desired Job Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use forklift
  • Ability to repetitively lift 30 to 50 pound packages
  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP in stockroom environment
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment on stockroom functions
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
