The next step in our journey is expanding our offering to more people through creating relationships with key stakeholders in the funeral home industry.
Eterneva is looking for a high energy and dynamic Market Leader to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with current and prospective partners.

Focus of this Role
Launch a B2BC market from the ground up and be a thought leader in the local area
Find engaging ways to connect with funeral owners through face to face, electronic, and phone communication
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to quickly and effectively build trust with funeral owners, directors, and staff
Effectively onboard, train & develop funeral home staff
Collaborate with marketing to create localized campaigns
Provide market reports on acquisition and engagement to executive leadership

Experience in sales or client development in a high-volume, fast paced environment
You are an extremely strong communicator
You are a relationship builder and love people
You're empathetic, bright, positive and really good at connecting with others
You're extremely detail oriented and can stay on top of a large volume of emails and texts
You're good at objection handling, de-escalating issues, and having difficult conversations
You're honest and transparent
You're comfortable speaking with someone who's grieving and those in the grief industry
You're a proactive problem solver and don't wait for others to tell you what to do if there's an issue
You're mission-driven, want to serve others, and be a part of something greater than yourself
You're an incredibly hard worker and loving working with people as self-motivated as you are
