We do this through a unique offering of services and products, all centered around the notion that loved ones should stay a part of our lives and should be remembered remarkably.

Eterneva’s premier product is memorial diamonds. We transform the residual carbon from cremated remains into diamonds and set these diamonds in a wide variety of jewelry items. 

For these activities, Eterneva is building a production facility in the Kerrville / Ingram area, and we are currently looking for a Setting Technician to join our team to handle a combination of responsibilities. 


Focus of this Role: 

The main responsibilities of a Setting Tech at Eterneva include managing the setting of customer diamonds into the jewelry setting of their choice, the storage of these diamonds and settings, and the labeling system employed in the facility: 

#1 Assist and communicate with Customers: This role  will assist and advise customers on settings that are  best suited to the customers' wants and needs. The presentation / quality  of these settings is vital to the success of our business as this is the last  impression we get to make. You must be meticulous about ensuring that all settings are assembled correctly and in excellent condition. You will also keep note of inventory for these settings and work with the Ops Manager to maintain enough supplies for forecasted deliveries. 

#2 Diamond & Setting shipments: Our overall fulfillment of customer orders happens across several locations and external service providers. Diamonds and Settings need to be received, stored, retrieved and shipped back out with proper documentation. They will handle these shipments per the guidelines documented in Eterneva’s SOP’s.

#3 Tasks as assigned: In addition to the functions described above, you will be tasked with a variety of tasks that may or may not be immediately related to the primary job responsibilities. We are a start-up, and all team members are expected to roll up their sleeves when and where required. This should not become more than 40% of overall work-load on a monthly period.


Baseline Responsibilities 

  1. Communicate with Customers on desired setting

  2. Maintain all jewelry/setting supplies as needed

  3. Assemble jewelry/settings based on work-orders for stone-setting, sizing, etc. in a timely manner

Role Details:

This is a 40 hr/week job, located at KRV-2. Requirements for the position are:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED

  • Experience with Setting jewelry or Bench Jeweler

  • GIA Graduate Gemologist or Graduate Diamonds certification highly preferred, or willingness to attain certification

  • Detail oriented 

  • Mechanical aptitude 

  • Basic computer skills required
