About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Engagement & Lifecycle Manager with 5+ years of experience building world class nurture programs, multi-channel campaigns, and marketing automation programs to move prospects from awareness to sales-ready intent. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer who’s previously worked on an emotional sale and considered purchase where education is key in moving someone from awareness to intent. Promo codes, countdown timers, and simple abandoned cart messages work well in other industries, but this opportunity is different! This person is equally comfortable managing complex marketing automations, as they are piloting new technology and integrations for the first time, while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and handle engaging with prospective customers across all CRM channels (SMS, Email, Chat, and whatever else you can come up with!)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Drive nurture strategy and execution across all consumer communications channels (email, on-site, SMS) to convert leads into sales consultations and decrease CAC.

  • Use marketing tools to develop educational, personal, and thoughtful resource-based content and campaigns.

  • Design, set up, and monitor complex CRM journeys, triggers, and automations with engaging content, dynamic and personalized messaging, and measured against purposeful KPIs.

  • Use a test and learn approach to optimize CRM programs, track campaign KPIs, and share findings with broader Marketing and Leadership teams.

  • Own list health and list growth initiatives to help meet our lofty business goals.

  • Work closely with the IT and Development team for email integration and CRM data needs (API, event mapping, property syncing, reporting, etc.)

  • Remain current and informed on industry trends, new offerings and interactive CRM technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of CRM, Loyalty, and/or Lifecycle Automation experience.

  • Experience with email, SMS, and onsite messaging is an absolute must.

  • Experience with a leading CRM tool (Braze, Marketo, Iterable, Leanplum, HubSpot, etc.).

    • Experience with HubSpot specifically will move you to the front of the line.

  • Someone who is intellectually curious, but is also willing to burn the calories to propose a solution and implement it as well.

  • Ability to monitor, interpret, and report on data to help build cohesive marketing programs.

  • Extremely strong written and communicative skills.

  • BS Degree in Marketing or related field.
