As an Operations Assistant, you'll play an important role in managing our customers' orders and carrying out day-to-day operational activities. It's important our Operations team is both compassionate and precise because we're working with the love of someone's life! 

You're someone who's good with repeatable work needing to be done in an orderly and systematic way. You're a hard-worker and incredibly detail-oriented, and take a lot of pride in the quality and consistency of your work. You consider yourself logical and a problem-solver, so when there isn't a process clearly-defined, you're able to think critically recommend a potential solution before asking for help. 

In this position, you'll get to learn about lean manufacturing, operations, and logistics while performing the day-to-day tasks associated with the operations of our growing business! 

You will be trained in the following areas:

We’ve been featured on Yahoo Finance, Viceland’s 2 Chainz Most Expensivist, On the Money, and are doing diamonds for multiple celebrities. 


  • Report to the Operations Manager

  • Once a week prepare packaging kits for sales teams (pulling together materials and assembling the kit) 

  • Keep track of and reorder inventory of supplies 

  • Occasionally will run errands to pick up packages / buy operational supplies

  • Partner with Operations Manager in identifying and executing strategies to improve efficiencies (via lean manufacturing method)

  • Assist sales and marketing with ordering new sales collateral, assembling displays, and coordinating logistics for events 

  • Aiding Operations Manager in creating process documentation

  • Performing daily office management duties
