The next step in our journey is expanding our offering to more people through creating relationships with key stakeholders in the funeral home industry. 

Eterneva is looking for a high energy and dynamic Market Leader to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with current and prospective partners.

Focus of this Role 

  • Launch a B2BC market from the ground up and be a thought leader in the local area

  • Find engaging ways to connect with funeral owners through face to face, electronic, and phone communication

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to quickly and effectively build trust with funeral owners, directors, and staff

  • Effectively onboard, train & develop funeral home staff 

  • Collaborate with marketing to create localized campaigns

  • Provide market reports on acquisition and engagement to executive leadership

  • Experience in sales or client development in a high-volume, fast paced environment

  • You're extremely detail oriented and can stay on top of a large volume of emails and texts

  • You're good at objection handling, de-escalating issues, and having difficult conversations

  • You're honest and transparent

  • You're comfortable speaking with someone who's grieving and those in the grief industry

  • You're a proactive problem solver and don't wait for others to tell you what to do if there's an issue

  • You're mission-driven, want to serve others, and be a part of something greater than yourself

  • You're an incredibly hard worker and loving working with people as self-motivated as you are

  • # of new partners

  • # of partners onboarded

  • Referral Rate

  • Conversion rate

  • Number of channel referrals

  • Revenue
