This job manages the entire customer journey from when someone first reaches out to Eterneva to the day their diamond is delivered eight months later. Yes, you are part of our sales team, but your job is NOT to “sell” diamonds. It’s to help customers discover their own meaning for the diamond. That only happens when you help them feel like they can be as open and vulnerable as they want.

To do this, you ask good questions, you listen, and you shepherd them away from “how much does this cost?” and towards “what did your Dad do to earn his diamond?” If they are deeply moved by their Why, there is nothing stopping them from doing this. Your goal is simply to help them explore some deeper meaning while making them feel as special as the gems they’re commissioning from us.

At Eterneva, you'll be evaluated not just on sales results, but on your level of thoughtfulness. We’ll ask you, “Is this prospect a raving fan?” before “What’s the likelihood of close?”

  • Report to our co-founder

  • Respond thoughtfully and swiftly to inbound sales inquiries

  • Conduct phone consultations with potential customers

  • Create Raving Fans

  • Manage sending and receiving “Customer Kits” to get the diamond process started

  • Maintain the relationship with customers throughout the entire journey, from inquiry to diamond delivery

  • Assist customers as needed with selecting and sourcing settings



*** This is not an entry-level position ****

  • Previous full-cycle sales experience is a must

  • B2C experience is preferred

  • Managed pipeline using a standard CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)

  • Experience with serving others in need

  • Bonus for a background in psychology or counseling
