Copywriter / Brand Storyteller

About this role:

Storytelling and content development will be one of the key enablers that is critical to our brand success.   We have a major need to level up the level of emotion in the way that the brand shows up in written form today.  The good news?  There is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to content! The successful candidate will become the voice of Eterneva, and by extension the champion for all of the incredible stories of our customers. 

You must be passionate about storytelling through writing, and be all about crafting compelling and emotionally moving content that is going to capture the hearts of our audience.   You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of written content creation from ideation through to execution, so possessing a genuine hunger to dive in head first and evolve the voice of our brand is critical.  


You are excited by the idea of  narrative writing style that really gets to the heart of human interest. 


Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • Create inspiring and engaging written content, both short form and long form, that will live across Eterneva’s communication channels, with particular emphasis on our blog, social media, and email channels 

  • Manage and develop a blogging strategy and partner 

  • Become an integral part of the broader Marketing team to support all branded initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Creative Marketing Manager and Graphic Designers to tell a complete story.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to build out and execute the content calendar month to month.

  • Act as Eterneva’s community manager by communicating with followers, and helping to craft responses to questions and DM’s.

  • Assist in the development of tools to create awareness of product features among journalists (i.e., media guides, product walk-arounds, etc.)

  • Work with the Head of Brand to set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and work with our analytics team to measure campaign performance against the KPIs.

  • Manage freelance / fractional content resources as and when needed. 


What we are looking for:

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills and a proven portfolio of short and long form content (emails, newsletters, blog posts, landing pages, social posts, captions/descriptions, etc.)

  • Experience building and scaling brand social media accounts, especially on Instagram Experience building communities and launching campaigns across relevant social channels

  • Proven expertise creating fresh ideas for new content that establishes or supports a company's brand identity.

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and paid social advertising is a plus.

  • An understanding of life cycle marketing, and how the different communications touchpoints play an additive role in nurturing a customer throughout their journey.

  • Background in narrative journalism is a plus.
