Content Marketing Manager
Marketing | Austin, TX | Full Time
Eterneva is changing the cultural conversation around death, grief, and remembrance.
We’ve developed a proprietary grief wellness journey with qualitative evidence that on the other side, those who are deeply grieving feel heard, seen, and have a way to bring the one they love with them into life’s next chapter. We are currently working with Baylor University to add academic rigor to that journey and help bring improved grief research into the public sphere.
Part of that journey is ensuring the utmost personalization throughout a customer’s lifecycle with our brand. This is where we need help! We are building out a custom tech stack, processes, and engaging communities to help those who are grieving feel less isolated, more connected, and help them build a community of support around themselves.
We are looking for a junior content marketer, passionate about the brand, as well as developing and writing content to help us create a category-defining brand. This position will be responsible for developing and helping publish brand content to life in a multi-channel marketing strategy.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
You know you’re a great fit if you thrive in a goal-oriented role and take ownership to deliver outcomes > activities. You’re energized by the challenge of building new communities, and love being an early-adopter to new social media technologies that help build communities across generations. Change and ambiguity are mere blips in the road because you know that building a startup requires agility. You're a mission-driven person, who wants to work on something meaningful, and positively impact the lives of other people. You will find so much fulfillment in the work!

Show us you're serious in your cover letter. Let us know what about this role excites you, and why you're uniquely qualified to do great work!
Eterneva is a celebration-of-life company, that honors the lives of remarkable people and pets by turning their ashes into real diamonds. The diamond is an extraordinarily special way to memorialize a loved one because it’s bright, it’s personal and it’s forever.
The eight-month journey to create the diamond is just as special. We send monthly pictures, videos, updates so as to give our customers something to look forward to during a tough time, and as a result, many say we change their relationship to grief.
It’s extraordinarily meaningful work, and we make raving fans out of every customer we serve. They’ll fly across the country to visit us and send us handwritten letters to thank us for some much-needed brightness, and for impacting their life.
It’s our belief that remarkable people shouldn’t be forgotten, and it’s about time we brought meaning and celebration to the end of life, instead of putting it in a box.
We’re garnering a ton of attention for our fresh approach - we recently made both Inc and Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, were featured on Shark Tank (and secured funding from Mark Cuban), been covered in The New York Times, Yahoo Finance, on Disney+ and so much more.
