The next step in our journey is expanding our offering to more people through creating relationships with key stakeholders in the funeral home industry. 

Eterneva is looking for a high energy and dynamic Channel Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and schedule meetings with prospective partners. This role is one of the first touch points for prospective partners and has the opportunity to set the tone for our expansion into the industry.

Focus of this Role 

  • Report to the Head of Channel

  • Conduct prospecting and qualification efforts for funeral home leads and have a short conversation to set an appointment for them to speak with the Head of Channel

  • Find engaging ways to connect with funeral owners via phone, LinkedIn, email, marketing campaigns, etc. 

  • Contact a high-volume of prospects every day via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Identify and recognize funeral home pain points and priorities and educate potential partners on how Eterneva can improve their day-to-day business problems and needs

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to quickly and effectively build trust with funeral owners

Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years relevant experience

  • Experience in a lead generation sales position that involved acting quickly to respond to calls on a daily basis in a high-volume, fast-paced environment a plus

  • Ability to identify, research, call on, and interact with the senior level executives and decision makers at targeted funeral homes

  • Must have strong customer service, conversation, and tele-qualification skills

  • Strong data-entry process abilities are a must, Salesforce experience a plus

We’ll measure this role based on: 

  • # of partners onboarded

  • # of demos scheduled

  • # of  meaningful calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages per week

  • Team success!

Success Metrics:

  • Outreach to 50 prospective partners per day

  • 25 presentations scheduled per week 

  • 50 new partner locations per month (20% closed won)

  • 500 total partner locations by EOY
