This individual contributor role reports to Episource’s Director, Client Delivery, and is a remote, full-time, work-from-home position.

• Observe with an eye for improvement. Inspire breakthrough thinking and craft innovative solutions by identifying areas of improvement within Episource’s chart retrieval process.

• Serve as a project leadership SME. Leveraging your knack for project planning, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of various projects using your versatility in task management and risk assessment.

• Fine-tune initiatives. Envision the scope, set ambitious goals, and envision the triumphant deliverables of your projects. As you navigate this journey, become the conductor of inspiration, harmoniously coordinating, vigilantly monitoring, and passionately updating project stakeholders. Your leadership will transform aspirations into achievements, and your dedication will illuminate the path to success..

• Leverage your people passion with large organizations. As Episource’s Project Manager IV, you’ll Nurture client connections and support engagement while analyzing issues and recommending solutions, providing insights for a better understanding of your clients.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

• In your first three months at Episource, you will learn about Episource products and services by shadowing our project managers to learn about project lifecycles and quality assurance. By doing so, you’ll gain insight on how to successfully interact with our clients, and eventually be assigned a group of clients of your own.

• Throughout your first six months at Episource, you will continue to develop your skill set and fully manage your clients without assistance.

• By the end of your first year at Episource, you will be an expert at managing assigned projects and ultimately take on higher caliber projects.

Here is what you’ll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management information, healthcare, or related field

• At least 8 years of experience in a project management role Strong familiarity working with cross-functional teams / stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements

• Superior communication skills

• Adept leadership in orchestrating project teams across diverse geographic regions, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines within a virtual environment

Here are a few good-to-haves for the role at Episource:

• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.

• Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, and Tableau

• Knowledge of risk adjustment and/or value-based care

Salary Range : $103,200.00 - $129,000 / year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements: please see our benefits section above for more information.)
