You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific, low-volume projects for our Episource clients, driving excellence and transformation.

This individual contributor role reports to Episource’s Manager, Project Management, and is a remote, full-time, work-from-home position.

Observe with an eye for improvement. Adeptly analyze issues, propose solutions, and strategically prioritize efforts across diverse functional teams.

Be the primary liaison. You will engage in a spectrum of sophisticated responsibilities, including assembling, coordinating, and overseeing multidisciplinary review teams with finesse and expertise.

Craft clear roadmaps. Define, meticulously plan, and strategically schedule project tasks, timelines, and resource needs.

Collaborate to create solutions for deliverables. Efficiently implement and oversee project modifications and interventions, ensuring timely achievement of project deliverables within budgetary confines.

In your first three months at Episource, you will learn about Episource products and services by shadowing our project managers to learn about project lifecycles and quality assurance. By doing so, you’ll gain insight on how to successfully interact with our clients.

Throughout your first six months at Episource, you will continue to develop your skill set and identify project coordination opportunities.

By the end of your first year at Episource, you will elevate the client engagement experience with dedicated support and seamless interaction throughout the project process.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3-5 years’ experience of direct project management

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Superior communication skills

Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.

Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, and Tableau

Knowledge of risk adjustment and/or value-based care

Salary Range: $82,400 - $103,000 / year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
