As our Operations Support Specialist, you will report to Episource’s Senior Manager Coding, Client Success.

What you will do at Episource:

  • Partner with a passion. Establish strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project monitoring.

  • Leverage your love for coordination. Assist with and orchestrate projects including (but not limited to) onboarding, Salesforce project setup and tracking, and more – ensuring robust results for our premium clients.

  • Serve as an organizational expert. Drive success and client satisfaction with your accuracy, efficiency, and meticulous eye for detail.

  • Observe with an eye for improvement. Track and examine project assignments, ready to change gears and adjust when needed.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

  • In the first three months, you’ll learn and understand Salesforce and its relevance to Epsiource project timelines.

  • In the first six months, and with your new Salesforce expertise, we’ll have empowered you to take ownership of your role, including project management, workforce planning, and forecasting.

  • By the end of your first year, you will own project setups and identify key performance issues - you’ll have the knowledge you need to analyze and escalate accordingly, elevating the team to success.

What you will bring to Episource:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (professional

  • certification preferred)

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business, marketing, finance, or related field

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, and G-Suite)

  • Medical coding knowledge
