IT End User Support is responsible for providing end-user support for applications and IT equipment. Responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responds to service desk calls; troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
Installs, integrates, and maintains computer equipment and 3rd party application programs,
Works in a multiple platform (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) environment and provides appropriate end-user support.
May be assigned other duties.
Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related technology experience, including administering and maintaining computer hardware and software programs.
Active Directory, group policy, VPN technologies, Google Workspace, Slack, Scanner, and IT operations, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Slack)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards. (Mandatory)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Mandatory)
Must be able to talk, listen, speak and view regularly
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Requires prolonged sitting, some standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching, and requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Technical certifications: CompTIA, Cisco,
