Job Description


We are growing and looking for HRA - NP -Clinical Part-Time - Provider -  Morris County - NJ

  • Nurse Practitioner Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree, Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), or higher (DNP or PHD in Nursing)

  • May be requested to obtain additional state licensure based on Episource needs

  • 3 or more years of experience in patient care or clinical work

  • 1 or more years’ experience as an advanced practice provider preferred

  • Experience performing health risk assessments preferred

  • Knowledge of risk adjustment methodology, HEDIS/STAR measures preferred.

  • Strong professional level of knowledge including pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical assessment skills in the adult population and chronic disease management

  • Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet deadlines and achieve goals

  • Participation in educational programs that increase clinical knowledge base and skill set and demonstrate accountability for professional practice.

  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft office preferred

  • Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance are required

Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including the Episource Immunization Policy. COVID-19 vaccination and Booster is required

Pay Rate is per assessment - $ 100.00 USD
