Job Summary:

Data Analyst is part of the Product support team, majorly working on handling support tickets, review to address client concerns/issues with the help of Product, Engineering and Operations team support ensuring client concerns are addressed within SLA to their satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge incoming tickets and perform first level review.

  • Perform data analysis, validate, review, and recreate client concerns and provide appropriate resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

  • Effective communication with client and other stakeholders on the progress and next steps.

  • Perform review, reprocess, and validation on data processed and outcomes.

  • Support team members on the Operations process and contribution towards process enhancements.

  • Prepare reports, documentation on different data format, processed in the system.

  • Complete, file loading, validation, summary preparation and update client and other stakeholders within SLA.

  • Report gaps, issues to respective stakeholders without any delay, track and follow them effectively.

  • Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data.

  • May be assigned other duties.

  • Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years as Data Analysts or relevant role.

  • Bachelor’s degree required (if applicable), or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

  • Knowledge of SQL, & Data analysis.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, SQL)

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

  • High level of ethic, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
