Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description

Entre is a professional service company focused on managed services, computer & technology support, and consulting. We specialize in company networks with 5-100+ users. Most of our clients are small businesses that aren't large enough to have an internal IT Department. We live by two core principles: 1. keeping our prices fair and reasonable 2. responding quickly to our client's needs.


Job Responsibilities:

•Creating Hardware / Software quotes based on client needs through our ticketing system

•Answering client questions regarding quotes that need approved via e-mail (integrated with our ticketing system) and / or via phone

•Ordering approved client Hardware / Software by working with our partner vendors 

•Ensuring that all orders and cost amounts are documented timely and accurately within our ticketing system

•Responsible for creating shipment labels if product needs shipped to another Entre office location or a client site

•Responsible for reporting status of all orders to the leadership team 

•Assist with administrative / office support as needed

•Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements / Preferences:

•Proficient in Office 365 applications, specifically Excel and Outlook

•Must be detail oriented

•Prior experience purchasing Hardware / Software preferred

•High school diploma required

•Valid driver’s license required
