Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Entre is a professional service company focused on IT managed services, computer & technology support, and consulting. We specialize in company networks with 5-100+ users. We partner with small businesses that aren't large enough to have an internal IT Department. We live by two core principles: 1. keeping our prices fair and reasonable 2. responding quickly to client needs.

We are looking to add an Administrative team member in Billings, MT that will have opportunity to help and gain experience within all departments of the organization. If you're looking to broaden your business & operational knowledge, this is a great opportunity to do so!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Answer phones & handle daily mail distribution 
  • Coordination of internal meetings and conferences 
  • Ordering office and breakroom supplies for all office locations
  • Assist with sales, marketing, human resources, and accounting tasks on an as needed / project basis
  • Other Entre duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
  • Team player but also able to work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated and flexible

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum six months experience in administrative field required, familiarity with professional services preferred
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
