About the job:

As a Technical Sourcer, your main goal is to identify, assess, engage, educate, and bring top diverse talent to the team. You will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and guiding/educating candidates.


Qualifications:

  • A passion for an understanding of how to attract and engage talent
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing strategies & methods to identify and engage and develop diverse talent
  • Partner with and influence business teams and Recruiters embrace and execute on their diversity initiatives
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by educating candidates on Amobee's culture and long term opportunities
  • Reporting and analyzing data on recruitment
  • Excellent communicator, interact credibly on the telephone and in-person with people from all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized, detailed, focused, and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
  • You are someone who positively and actively builds cross-functional relationships
  • Have experience in diversity sourcing and are able to find and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • You display and energize a sense of urgency and priority within teams
  • Be viewed as approachable, candid, inventive, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged
  • A high level of curiosity and emotional intelligence is essential
  • Drive hiring processes that produce high-quality outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position and contribute to the development of new strategies to engage and convert prospects
  • Tactically research top talent and stay updated on current business news and sourcing strategies
  • Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
  • Find creative ways to get candidates attention during initial reach-out stages
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience and be Coupa’s brand ambassador
  • Manage a high volume of reqs

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous Sourcing or Recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to screen candidates and work with hiring managers
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
  • Experience juggling multiple searches and customer relationships
  • Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques and tools
  • Sharp interview skills, with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities
  • Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Coupa culture - this needs to be reflected to and searched for in our candidate
  • Available to work from HQ in San Mateo
