Job Description:

This position will be responsible for leading the development team on software development, including technical issues, product releases, and engineering tasks. As well as for the quality of its technical deliverables. Responsible for establishing a technical vision clear for all the development team and maintaining it from beginning to end. Responsible to implement best practices and implement new technology platforms according to business needs.


  • Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.

  • Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.

  • To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.

  • To ensure that Team is working as per the listed procedures.

  • Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at project level.

  • Ensuring current applications are updated and align with the implementation of new application.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

  • More than 6 years of experience in designing/developing web solutions in Microsoft and Open Platforms,

  • Proficient English Level,

  • High capacity to analyze and understand business,

  • A solid understanding of project management skills and version control,

  • Ability to recommend the correct technologies to use for a project,

  • Ability to plan projects and releases,

  • Experience on programming languages C#, Java, XML, SQL server 2012 or higher, Object Oriented Programming, C# Programming Language, Java, ASP.NET, Web development experience, MVC, ETL, XML, Webservices, REST, UML,

  • Experience on applying design patterns,

  • Experience with staff team members at all level of seniority,

  • SCRUM methodology,

  • Tools: Visual Studio 2015 or higher, SQL Server 2012 or higher, MS Team Foundation,

  • Know how to conduct timely code reviews, what to look for and how to minimize the amount of time they take to hold and for the changes to be made,

  • Knowledge on how to write unit tests and mocks, and to get/guide developers to write them,

  • Knowledge of design patterns and knowledge on when to use them,

  • Knowledge of code smells and how to mitigate them

  • Continuous integration
