Resource Analyst - Level III w/ Active TS/SCI & Poly

Hours: Full time (day)

Clearance: TS/SCI & Poly

Location: Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA)

Required Education: BA/BS w/concentration in financial or quantitative analysis, financial management, or social sciences

Required Experience: 3 years project/program management, quantitative or financial analysis experience. ** Master’s degree in related field may be substituted for upwards of two years of experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support, organizational 
ability.
  • Prior accounting and financial reporting work experience background and/or 
Customer accounting expertise.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of financial transactions, processes and 
functionality.
  • Must possess excellent analytical skills and be able to track and analyze trends 
related to financial data and present conclusions/make recommendations.
  • Experience and demonstrated capabilities using Microsoft Excel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with non-appropriated funding or other fee-for-service models
  • Knowledge of budget planning and procedures
  • Knowledge of client financial regulations, policies, 
and procedures.
  • Experience with the different phases of an audit 
(planning, testing, analysis, and reporting)
