Required Education & Experience: At least five {5) years of program management experience in Human Resources.

Job Description:

Provide strategic planning and communication support in the Vision 2020 development, launching, and execution.

Provide support to the O&R; Office to include supporting recruiting functions and the IC Recruiting Council (ICRC) Monthly Meeting: assists in drafting monthly agenda; sending formal invitations; posting agenda and read-ahead to SharePoint sites; drafting and finalizing briefing material; producing and augmenting meeting minutes; providing comments to meeting minutes; and maintaining the briefing calendar for IC elements.

Assisting in building wide-ranging programming to strengthen partnerships between the IC and entities such as 1st and 2nd generation American heritage communities, academia and professional associations.

Support the development of IC enterprise recruiting strategies and initiatives.

Support CHCO-led interagency working groups and communities of interest for outreach, recruiting, and the IC Wounded Warrior program to support performance inquiries and assessments against annual goals, objectives, and critical focus areas.

Compile data about outreach and recruiting and the IC Wounded Warrior program to support inquiries and assessments of performance against annual goals, objectives, and critical focus areas.


  • Demonstrated knowledge of human capital programs to include: all associated administrative tasks, tracking and reporting of program metrics, and drafting correspondence to internal and external IC stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with compiling data from different sources to support program questions from ODNI Management, Congressional inquiries, CDAs, HPSCI and SSCI Briefings on the Hill, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation of HR policies and other related government documents supporting human capital programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with working with senior government officials under tight deadlines and translate ideas and concepts into professional communication products, including speeches, talking points, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, articles, e-mails to staff, and other communication products, as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of student internship and additional recruitment and staffing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating events or activities.
