Key Deputy Program Manager-SME

Hours: Full time (day)

Required Clearance: ***Candidate must have a TS/SCI with Poly***

Job Description:

The contractor shall identify a TO PM to serve as the Government’s major point of contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO. The TO PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO to include both technical issues and business processes. The TO PM shall have organizational authority to execute the requirements of the TO. The TO PM shall oversee taskings to contractor personnel, provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall TO performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors. This individual shall have the authority to commit the contractor’s organization and make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Governance issues, concerns, or problems.  The TO PM shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

Required Qualifications:

It is required that the PM has the following qualifications:

  • Be an employee of the Prime contractor at proposal submission
  • Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Possess a final TS clearance with SCI eligibility and in-scope CSP at proposal submission
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management

Desired Qualifications:

It is desired that the PM have the following qualifications:

  • Experience managing a program similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this TO
  • Experience managing contracts or TOs work occurring in a CONUS and OCONUS environment
