Key Analytic Development Office (ADO) Team Lead-SME

Hours: Full time (day)

Required Clearance: ***Candidate must have a TS/SCI with Poly***

Location: Reston, VA

Job Description:

The ADO Team Lead shall serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel performing functions in support of ADO.  The ADO team lead shall be responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the office, independently complete complicated or complex tasks, and lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the office.

Required Qualifications:

It is required that the ADO Team Lead has the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in all source analysis
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing teams 
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Possess a final TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Desired Qualifications:

It is desired that the ADO Team Lead has the following qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Finance, Economics, an area of Physical Science, or a similar area of study.
  • Proven understanding of and experience with a full range of information systems, to include but not limited to communications systems, industrial control systems, navigation aids and systems, DoD networks, and DoD weapon systems.
  • A minimum of five years of experience conducting analysis with an emphasis in foreign National C4I, Cyber MILCAP, and AUCD
