Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant II

Clearance: ***Candidate MUST have TS/SCI & Poly on date of hire***

Location: Mclean/Northern, VA area

Required Education & Certifications: High School Diploma

Required Experience: 1-5 years of administrative experience


  • Provide the full range of administrative support to multiple ODS&T enterprise function staffs.

  • Provide components daily activities and advise interested parties of changes in schedule and/or location.

  • Proactively prepare and disseminate information to appropriate individuals, process administrative and personnel paperwork, perform research, and retrieve information or documents from databases and the internet.

  • Manage Front and Back office tasks and help desks as necessary.

  • Participate in meetings and events and should be able to serve as recorder or a working member of the group.In preparation for meetings, or as required, the MSA will develop/author documents such as instructions, spreadsheets, presentations and reports, and have them available (electronically or hard copy as required) to meeting attendees.

  • Fill in for other MSAs within the Front Office, assisting in daily duties such as filing, answering phones, printing/copying, etc.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint software

  • Experience with developing and maintaining reports
