What You’re Applying For:

This role is temporary.

The Mid-level UX Designer will help support our digital products through iterative stages of discovery, wire-framing, prototyping, usability testing, development and post-release support. You will partner with Product and interpret user needs and corporate strategies, ultimately creating an accessible and useful product.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analysis, specifications, and other UX design deliverables.
  • Understand target users’ needs, motivations, and behaviors as it relates to a specific project or area. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
  • Participate in the product definition process with your team and drive the clarification of the users’ tasks and objectives.
  • Articulate user experience design issues effectively. Present and justify design thinking and rationale through key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, creative, and logical problem-solver, who can articulate abstract concepts in concrete ways.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by estimating level of effort and complexity of the project or feature.
  • Partner with User Research to craft user-testing prototypes.
  • Utilize Usability testing or A/B testing to present and validate design solutions. 



  • Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring independent self-direction and self management with an aptitude for cross functional team collaboration and clear communication.
  • Articulate user experience design issues effectively. Present and justify design thinking and rationale through key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to implement an intuitive, seamless user experience. 


What You Need:

  • Experience​ (4+​ ​years)​ - Bachelors Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent work experience
  • Design​ – Brainstorm and sketch concepts before creating wireframes. Produce sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, specs and functional prototypes to validate user-experience.
  • Understanding​ ​the​ ​Bigger​ ​Picture:​ Ability to think and design holistically - creating a cohesive, coherent product experience.
  • Design​ ​Specification​: Deliver appropriate level of specification needed to ensure a high quality product is launched
  • Research​ ​+​ ​Trends​ ​- Researching and sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences. Using user-insights, data, best practices to inform design decisions.
  • Technical​ ​Knowledge​ - Proficient in key software packages such as Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision and Avocode. Understand web and mobile technologies
