What You’re Applying For:

Edmunds is looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Senior Manager to join the corporate strategy team to drive the long-term strategy of Edmunds and support management of key business operations. You will manage and execute core operational processes such as business planning, revenue management, and financial reporting, as well as strategy projects around corporate priorities. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that collaborates across Edmunds’ business, product, and marketing teams.


What You’ll Do:

This role will include a mix of corporate strategy, strategic & financial planning, and business operations responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Strategy
    • Assess long-term growth strategy in the automotive space
    • Track and utilize automotive, tech, and competitive trends in the market to inform and shape Edmunds’ market positioning
    • Build high level strategic opportunity and financial models to develop insights and drive recommendations
    • Identify and lead ad hoc strategic projects
  •  Strategic & Financial Planning
    • Manage long-term strategy planning initiatives with key stakeholders
    • Support annual strategic, operations, and financial planning processes
  • Business Operations
    • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business priorities, meet revenue goals, and manage budgets
    • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to optimize and improve business operations
    • Drives operational cadence, including marketing optimization, measuring progress against OKRs, and leading monthly/quarterly planning

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 Years of Strategy Experience, with at least 2 years in Management Consulting or a top-tier strategy department
  • Ability to translate vision, trends, and opportunities into effective and executable strategies
  • Analytical and metrics-driven; ability to draw insights from data and leverage data in decision-making process
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to get “hands dirty” and drive outcomes needed to achieve business, revenue, and budget goals
