What You’re Applying For:

The Co-Op and Compliance Specialist will own monthly Co-Op pre-approval, package creation and delivery. As a member of the Co-Op team, they will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all Co-Op related requests and documentation and assist with training needs. Additionally, they will work in collaboration with the Manager, Co-Op and Compliance to research, document and communicate brand compliance requirements in support of existing and new product launches.

The ideal candidate will combine a passion for the highly complex and intricate details of co-op and compliance programs; a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities and a high empathy for sales and operational team members. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the monthly co-op package processes and partner with technical teams to optimize automation and scale the service to deliver monthly packages to dealers with 100% accuracy
  • Execute monthly co-op/compliance service tasks such as managing a caseload of co-op inquiries and pre-approval submission requests
  • Manage pre-approval service vendor, Zimmerman, by leading weekly meetings and following up as needed on ad hoc requests
  • Manage a case load of data change requests for Salesforce users in accordance with established SLAs (e.g. pricing updates, account alignment changes, billing data changes)
  • Serve as a first point-of-contact for customer issues; proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain all documentation related to the Edmunds co-op program ensuring dealers maximize their co-op funds
  • Support research and documentation on brand compliance details for new product launches/ pilot programs and effectively communicate requirements
  • Collaborate with brand agencies to translate compliance updates required for current/future Edmunds products and ensure requirements are being met
  • Assist in the development of scalable compliance procedures and frameworks to support new partnerships and/or product offerings; regularly review and identify areas of opportunity to improve existing frameworks
  • Monitor and identify issues that may adversely affect reimbursement eligibility for dealer partners; escalate risks or roadblocks for the dealer as needed to ensure an expeditious resolution
  • Determine Edmunds solutions for dealers of all sizes, regions and brands as ad hoc issues arise, and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

What You Need:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing success or operational role(s)
  • 2+ years work experience in automotive Co-op Management preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of both Microsoft Tools and Google Suite products; technically adapt in data preparing, data profiling and data visualization
  • Working experience of CRM systems; such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to take strategic ambiguity and research multiple solutions; and expressing their strengths, limitations and recommendations
  • Ability to build solid relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, dealer partners, and internal teams to provide excellent dealer service
  • Able to self-manage and balance day-to-day operational duties, project work, and production support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized and highly detailed manner while working in a fast-paced, perpetually evolving, relationship-driven environment

The compensation range for this position is $58,100 - $85,001 per year. The base pay will take into account internal equity as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
