Delivery Driver – Tracy, CA

$17/hr + Tips ($24–$26/hr avg total compensation)

Garden of Eden is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Tracy location. This is a compliance-driven role responsible for safe, timely cannabis deliveries in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company vehicles and complete assigned delivery routes
• Deliver orders accurately and on time while following all compliance protocols
• Verify customer identification and delivery details prior to completion
• Maintain chain-of-custody, product security, and proper documentation
• Complete delivery manifests, logs, and required reporting
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures
• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and customer service standards

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background and driving MVR checks
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and delivery apps
• Strong time management and reliability in a route-based role
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a field-based environment

Preferred:

• Delivery, courier, or transportation experience
• Experience in regulated retail environments
• Cash-handling experience
• Familiarity with POS or delivery management systems
• Open and flexible availability (weekends, mornings, evenings, holidays)
