We are seeking a Sales Associate located on the east coast to join our team.
Position will generate revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales
-Build, foster and nurture customer relationships through follow up visits
-Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
-Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
-Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients, overcoming objectives.
-Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
-Recommends new markets by evaluating current marketplace, identifying needs to be filled.
-Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
-Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years sales experience
-Knowledge/experience of the solar industry a plus.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Demonstrates a high level of business knowledge and professionalism.
-Outstanding communications skills both oral and written.
-Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management.
-Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
-Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
-Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
-Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Sugar CRM
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
