Banquet Bartender

Events | Seattle, WA | Full Time, Part Time, Temporary, and Temp to Perm

Job Description



The Banquet Bartender is expected to provide courteous and

prompt service to all guests throughout all phases of the event


General Responsibilities:

• The Banquet Bartender reports directly to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager

• Set and stock bar according to the BEO

• Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill them appropriately

• Enforce all State and Federal alcohol laws

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware and utensils

• Monitor intake of alcohol and prohibit sale of beverages to intoxicated individuals

• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by banquet manager


Job Qualifications:



• 1 year bartending in a restaurant or catering environment required

• Previous banquet or fine-dining experience preferred




•WA State Food Handler’s Card

•Class 12 / 13 MAST

(Both Food Handler’s and MAST required within 10 days of hire)


• Part time / full time positions available

• Permanent or seasonal staff needed!!!

• Weekday as well as night and weekend shifts available 

• Due to the numerous event locations reliable transportation is required


Physical Requirements:


•Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs

•Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs

•Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for up to 8‐hours in length
