Located in Nopa, Early to Rise is one of San Francisco's most loved brunch spots, featuring an old-school menu, but with all of our major staples made in the house. We are proud to make all of our own breakfast meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.), breads (bagels, English muffins and so on) as well as butter, hot sauce, jam ... you name it.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, with the ability to manage a fast-paced thriving brunch experience for our guests.

About You:

· Three (3) years of experience with handling food and beverage.

· Three (3) years of strong, good customer service.

· Two (2) years as an experienced Server in a full-service dining environment

· Possess strong exemplary table side service.

· Be able to follow detailed directions and job assignments given by the Executive Chef and

· General Manager and carry them out.

· Must be able to describe and serve all beverages.

· Knowledge of wine and wine service, low ABV cocktails and mocktails.

· Ability to learn, describe, and recommend food menu items to customers.

· Must be able to lift merchandise and or equipment that weigh up to 25 pounds

· Must be able to take customer orders, accurately input them into the P.O.S. system and accurately deliver orders to customers in a reasonable timeframe established by Early to Rise.

· Clean and restock area when needed.

· Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Ability to interact well with co-workers in order to assure the high level of teamwork expected of staff.

· Must be able to assist in running food and drinks.

· Must be able to assist in bussing and resetting tables.

· Must be able to assist in supporting the front desk greeting and seating guests.

· Must be able to exert well-paced mobility to maneuver quickly among different areas of the facility.

· Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits. Food Handlers card, Responsible Alcohol Service Training, etc
