Dore Partnership is a global boutique executive search firm which helps boards and corporate leaders build great companies by delivering exceptional talent and advice. To support our growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our New York City office. You will be full time member of the team and create a pleasant work environment while ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness.

About You

You are a Jack or Jane of all trades with high energy and ambition, able to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders to get things done. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, is a natural problem solver, and has a strong a desire to learn. You are someone who views ambiguous problems as growth opportunities.

You will support a local office of 15 personnel and collaborate with our administrative staff globally in our London and Hong Kong offices. You have strong interpersonal skills that aid in uplifting and supporting the office environment, from assisting on various administrative duties to researching new initiatives for the office. This will be a place and position where you will learn something new every day.

Details

Primary duties will include:

Operations Support (supplies, admin, research, IT break/fix, budget and expense tracking), Process Optimization (developing and implementing procedures), Reporting & Analysis.

Additional duties will include:

Support for the COO in the following areas: Training & Development, Data Entry, Admin Systems Implementation, Office Pantry & Wellness, adhoc support for the Executive staff.

Skills necessary to succeed in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • IT break/fix support
  • Self-starter
  • Operates in ambiguity
  • High quality project management, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Finance/accounting understanding preferred

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas:

  • Management
  • Public Administration
  • Human Resource Management
  • Computing & Information Technology
  • Business Administration/Business Management
